Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Takako Moore started in the entertainment industry at the tender age three as a Performing Artist. For twenty-five years, she danced competitively. During this time she danced for the largest dance company (Ballet Caravan) in Tokyo Japan, which won the award of the Japan Art Festival several times. And at thirteen, she started doing theatrical makeup.

After moving to Honolulu, Hawaii her passion for the makeup artistry grew. In 1998, she became a bridal Makeup Artist and hairstylist for Watabe Wedding Company conducting over 3000 brides makeup for international clients. She soon moved to Los Angles, California and graduated with honors from a professional makeup school, the Makeup Designory, in Burbank, CA, in 2002. During her tenure as well as in Japan, she was an independent contractor specializing in films and commercials and print.

Her personal awards include trophies in Japan Jazz Dance Competition three years in a row and various service awards.
